We are just thrilled to update our supporters on the spectacular results of our Golden Lion Tamarin project. We used our “CPR For Earth” strategy to connect, protect and restore forests for an endangered primate, the golden lion tamarin (Leontopithecus rosalia) in Brazil’s Atlantic Forest. Once on the verge of extinction, only surviving as an attraction in zoos, this tiny primate, weighing only about 1.5 lbs. now has a much better chance for long-term survival.
