How to Donate

As a matter of philosophy, we do not take donations directly. All the money we raise goes to protect and restore land, not to pay for staff and expensive offices. Currently, donations go to the Environmental Media Association, a registered non-profit organization that is providing a means to collect contributions that we then send directly to the various projects we recommend. As new projects are approved, direct links for donating to them will also appear.

We are very lucky to have the Environmental Media Association to help us handle funds. They support us in many ways. Helping here they allow all donations to go to protecting land.

Please go their website and donate there. By all means, specify where you want money to go to, be it the Golden Lion tamarins, elsewhere in Brazil, or to Madagascar. We are in the process of evaluating several new projects and, if approved — as we expect — the details will be on this site soon.
